Ingredients:

For the Muffins:

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp milk

Directions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

Prepare the Muffin Batter:

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
