Choco Trifecta Mousse Serenade

Ingredients:
Dark Chocolate Layer:
- 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Milk Chocolate Layer:
- 4 oz milk chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
White Chocolate Layer:
- 4 oz white chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Garnish (Optional):
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings
- Fresh berries
Directions:
- Prepare the Dark Chocolate Mousse: Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the melted dark chocolate until smooth. Spoon the mixture into serving glasses, filling one-third. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the Milk Chocolate Mousse: Repeat the process with the milk chocolate, whipping the cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla separately, then folding in the melted chocolate. Layer it on top of the dark chocolate mousse and refrigerate for another 15 minutes.
- Prepare the White Chocolate Mousse: Follow the same method for the white chocolate and layer it as the final topping. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish & Serve: Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or fresh berries before serving
