🛒 Ingredients
🔹 Pasta:
- 12 oz spaghetti
🔹 Sauce Base:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (14 oz) can tomato sauce
🔹 Cheese & Seasonings:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
🔹 Garnish:
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- Extra Parmesan for serving
👩🍳 Directions
✨ Step 1: Cook Pasta
Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente (8-10 min). Reserve 1 cup pasta water.
✨ Step 2: Sauté Garlic
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium. Sauté garlic for 1 min until fragrant.
✨ Step 3: Make the Sauce
Add tomato sauce, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper. Simmer 3-4 min.
✨ Step 4: Add Cheese
Reduce heat to low. Stir in cream cheese until melted, then add Parmesan. Mix well.

Toss cooked spaghetti with sauce. Add pasta water as needed for a silky texture.
