Jello Cookies


Bright, fun sugar cookies flavored with Jello mix, perfect for any color-themed occasion or treat!

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 packages (3 oz each) Jello (choose your favorite flavors/colors)

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Butter & Sugar: Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix until well combined.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Form Dough: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Divide dough into portions and add Jello powder to each portion for different colors/flavors. Mix until evenly colored.
  5. Shape Cookies: Roll dough into 1-inch balls, place on baking sheets, and flatten slightly with the bottom of a glass.
  6. Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are set. Cool on wire racks
