Creamy Banana Pudding Cheesecake Bars Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Nilla Wafers
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Pinch of sea salt

For the Filling:

  • 12 oz (1 1/2 blocks) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 3/4 cups whole milk

For the Topping:

  • Whipped topping
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 9 Nilla Wafers

Directions:

1. Prepare the Pan:

Line an 8"x8" pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.

2. Make the Crust:

In a medium bowl, mix crushed Nilla Wafers, melted butter, sugar, and sea salt.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.

Place in the freezer to set while preparing the filling.

3. Prepare the Filling:

Beat softened cream cheese with a mixer until fluffy and smooth.

Add sugar and beat until combined.

Gently fold in the whipped topping and set aside.

4. Make the Pudding:

In a medium bowl, whisk together banana pudding mix and milk.

Refrigerate for 3 minutes, or until thickened.

Freeze until firm, at least 4 hours or overnight.
