Garlic Parmesan Chicken Rigatoni
Creamy rigatoni with tender chicken and a luxurious garlic Parmesan sauce, ready in 25 minutes!
Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts (bite-sized)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
- 12 ounces rigatoni pasta
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Cook the Pasta:
Boil rigatoni in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Chicken:
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown (6-8 minutes).
Sauté Garlic:
Add remaining butter to the pan, followed by minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Make the Sauce:
Add chicken broth to the skillet and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Combine:
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and add the rigatoni. Toss until evenly coated in the sauce.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
