Festive & Creamy: Baked Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip


Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional for garnish)
  • Crackers or crusty bread, for serving

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and shredded mozzarella until smooth and well combined.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into a small baking dish.
  4. In a small saucepan, cook the cranberries with sugar over medium heat until the cranberries burst and create a thick sauce, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Pour the cranberry sauce over the cream cheese mixture in the baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden around the edges.
  8. Remove from the oven, and if desired, garnish with chopped green onions for a pop of color.
  9. Serve warm with crackers or crusty bread.
