Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs (graham crackers or crushed Oreos)
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars (reserve some for garnish, optional)
  • Pink food coloring (gel or liquid)

Topping:

  • Whipped cream
  • M&Ms
  • Chopped Snickers bars (optional)

Directions:

1. Make the Crust:

Grind cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a sealed bag and rolling pin.

Mix crumbs with melted butter until combined.

Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

2. Melt the Chocolate:

Melt chocolate chips in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

3. Prepare the Filling:

Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until smooth.

Gradually add melted chocolate, mixing until well combined.

4. Add Snickers:

Fold in chopped Snickers bars gently.

5. Color the Filling:

Add pink food coloring to a portion of the mixture, then fold it back into the main bowl until the desired shade is reached.

6. Whip and Fold:

Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks in a separate bowl.

Gently fold whipped cream into the pink mixture until just combined.

7. Assemble the Cheesecake:

Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.

8. Decorate:

Garnish with whipped cream, M&Ms, and extra Snickers pieces for a colorful, fun finish.
