No-Bake Marshmallow Cream Cheese Slice

🔹 Crust:
- 1½ cups crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
🔹 Marshmallow Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- ½ cup white chocolate chips (optional)

✨ Step 1: Make the Crust
Mix crushed cookies with melted butter. Press into a lined 8x8-inch dish and chill for 10 minutes.

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Separately whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.

Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Then fold in marshmallows and white chocolate chips.
