🔹 Graham Cracker Crust:
✔️ 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
✔️ ⅓ cup granulated sugar
✔️ ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
🔹 Cheesecake Layer:
✔️ 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
✔️ ⅔ cup granulated sugar
✔️ 2 large eggs
✔️ 1 tsp vanilla extract
🔹 Topping:
✔️ 1 (13.4 oz) can dulce de leche
✔️ Pinch of sea salt (optional, for garnish)
✔️ ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

✨ Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
✨ Step 2: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into the pan. Bake 8 minutes, then cool slightly.
✨ Step 3: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla extract.
✨ Step 4: Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust & spread evenly. Bake 25-30 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely.
