Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Prepare Batter: In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and almond extracts.
