Ingredients:

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 20 Oreo cookies, crushed (reserve some for topping)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  3. Add Vanilla and Salt: Remove the mixture from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Mix in Oreos: Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies (reserve a handful for topping). Stir until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour and Spread: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Add Extra Oreos: Sprinkle the reserved crushed Oreos on top and press them gently into the fudge.
  7. Chill: Place the fudge in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Slice and Serve: Once the fudge is set, remove it from the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut it into squares and enjoy!
