Ingredients:
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 20 Oreo cookies, crushed (reserve some for topping)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
- Melt the Chocolate: In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Add Vanilla and Salt: Remove the mixture from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Mix in Oreos: Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies (reserve a handful for topping). Stir until evenly distributed.
- Pour and Spread: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Add Extra Oreos: Sprinkle the reserved crushed Oreos on top and press them gently into the fudge.
